ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across mechanical and electrical systems.
* Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians and ensure work is completed according to technical drawings and operational procedures.
* Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
* Inspect electrical equipment, wiring systems, control panels, and power distribution units for proper installation and operation.
* Ensure proper usage and maintenance of electrical tools, testing equipment, and materials.
* Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
* Conduct routine safety checks and enforce electrical safety regulations and procedures.
* Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and daily work logs.
* Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
------------------------
* Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical supervision, installation, or maintenance in industrial or mechanical environments.
* Age between 18–35 years.
* Diploma / HND / NDT / NVQ Level 5 / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
* Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and practical skills may also be considered.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and industrial electrical equipment.
* Strong team supervision, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.
* Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD, and reporting tools.
* Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
