🔹 Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries related to our products via email, marketplace messaging systems, and online platforms
* Provide support for orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and order tracking
* Respond to customer questions on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce marketplaces
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, sales, and portfolio teams)
* Maintain accurate customer records, case logs, and reports
🔹 Requirements
* Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Customer Service (E-commerce preferred)
* Strong English communication skills (written communication is very important)
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
* Ability to handle customers politely and professionally under pressure
* Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Ability to handle customer communication across multiple marketplaces and regions
* Willingness to use AI tools to assist in understanding and responding in different languages when required
