3. අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 2-3 ක රිය පැදවීමේ පළපුරුද්ද
4. මාර්ග සහ රථවාහන රෙගුලාසි පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුමක්
5.වාහන නඩත්තුව සහ මූලික චෙක්පත් හැසිරවීමේ හැකියාව
6.වෙලාවට වැඩ කරන, විශ්වාසදායක සහ හොඳින් විනයගරුක
වගකීම්:
1.භාන්ඩ ආරක්ශිතව සහ නියමිත වේලාවට ප්රවාහනය කිරීම.
2.සමාගම් කාලසටහන් සහ උපදෙස් අනුගමනය කරන්න
4.සියලුම ආරක්ෂක ක්රියා පටිපාටි අනුගමනය කරන බවට සහතික වන්න
