【~】✪ NCT / Certificate in Draftsperson from a recognized institute.

【~】✪ 1+ years of drafting experience, preferably within the field.

【~】✪ Proficiency in Adobe AutoCAD is a must.

【~】✪ Experience in MS Office package.

【~】✪ SketchUp and Illustrator will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

【~】✪ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

【~】✪ Work from rough sketches or verbal briefs to develop clean, accurate drafts.

【~】✪ Collaborate with Designers and Site Engineers to translate initial sketches into Shop Drawings.

【~】✪ Maintain an organized library of all drafts and production documentation.

【~】✪ Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

【~】✪ Work on prestigious projects such as ITC Rathnadipa, Cinnamon Waterfront, and Marina Square.
