DOCUMENTATION OFFICER - MALE
We are looking for a Documentation Officer to handle documentation and coordination work at Mahanuwara Credit Head Office.
⭐⭐⭐Key Responsibilities:
🔹Prepare and process documents according to company guidelines
🔹Coordinate with branches and customers for documentation work
🔹Check customer files and ensure all required documents are complete
🔹Maintain proper filing and record keeping
🔹Monitor payment records and update information accurately
🔹Follow up with customers on pending or due payments
🔹Communicate payment confirmations to customers
🔹Coordinate with the finance department for collections and related updates.
🔹Maintain accurate customer records and reports
⭐⭐⭐Requirements:
🔹G.C.E. A/L qualification
🔹Basic knowledge of MS Office
🔹Good communication and coordination skills
🔹Attention to detail and ability to work accurately

No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
