About Us
We are a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality Stainless Steel kitchen items, dedicated to delivering premium products to households and businesses across Sri Lanka. We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new online market opportunities through digital channels, social media platforms, and targeted online generation.
• Brand Awareness: Execute digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online brand activations to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, digital partners, influencers, and corporate clients through digital communication.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales/e-commerce team to achieve online sales targets and gather feedback from digital platforms.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities online, track digital marketing trends, and report insights to the management using analytics tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Passed G.C.E. O/L. A professional qualification or degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing (SLIM/CIM), or a related field will be a distinct advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic ad management tools.
• Language: Fluency in Sinhala and a good command of English (Written and Spoken).
• Mobility / Tools: Possession of a personal laptop and a stable internet connection. Traits: Highly motivated, result-oriented, creative, and able to work independently to achieve digital marketing targets.
