Lakmini International (Pvt) Ltd, a reputed software development and digital marketing company established in 2012, is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team.
We specialize in developing high-quality mobile and web applications for clients around the world. As part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve online performance.
Job Responsibilities
✅ Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max)
✅ Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
✅ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and sales
✅ Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI
✅ Create engaging ad copies, captions, and marketing content
✅ Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor activities
✅ Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
✅ Track analytics and prepare campaign performance reports
✅ Work closely with the design, content, and development teams
✅ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
✔ Proven experience in Google Ads and social media marketing
✔ Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager
✔ Knowledge of SEO, audience targeting, and lead generation strategies
✔ Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance
✔ Creative thinking and strong communication skills
✔ Basic graphic/content understanding for social media campaigns
✔ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns
✔ Good Sinhala and English communication skills
Additional Advantages
➕ Google Ads or Meta certification
➕ Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
➕ Knowledge of TikTok Ads and YouTube marketing
➕ Experience in digital agencies or software companies
➕ Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini

Working Details
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
🕘 Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM
