【~】✪ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management from a recognized university.

【~】✪ Full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.

【~】✪ Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance.

【~】✪ At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.

【~】✪ Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.

【~】✪ Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling tools.

【~】✪ In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan statutory laws, taxation, and financial compliance.

【~】✪ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

【~】✪ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

【~】✪ Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with LKAS/SLFS.

【~】✪ Drive the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and provide actionable financial insights to department heads.

【~】✪ Ensure timely and accurate handling of corporate taxation (VAT, Income Tax, SSCL, etc.) and strict compliance with statutory regulations.

【~】✪ Optimize liquidity, manage cash flow forecasting, and oversee credit control operations.

【~】✪ Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits and timely implementation of recommended controls.

【~】✪ Supervise, mentor, and guide the executive and junior executive finance staff to foster a high-performance culture.

【~】✪ Collaborate closely with management to maintain financial discipline and drive efficiency across corporate operations and manufacturing facilities.
