【~】✪ Bachelor's Degree in Finance with part professional qualifications in Accounting such as CIMA, CMA, or CA, or an MBA specializing in Finance

【~】✪ Diploma in Marketing and/or Supply Chain Management

【~】✪ Proven track record in successfully managing the Parts & Service Department of a reputed automobile company representing a recognized automotive brand

【~】✪ Strong leadership, business management, and strategic planning skills

【~】✪ High level of proficiency in MS Office applications and hands-on experience with ERP, DMS (Dealer Management Systems), and EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) systems

【~】✪ Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

【~】✪ Age between 35 – 45 years

【~】✪ Resident of the Western Province

【~】✪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and principals

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and industry best practices

【~】✪ Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
