Cayo Dental Hospital is expanding its clinical excellence in Kandy, and we are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Dental Surgery Nurse to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Dental Surgery Nurse, you will provide high-level clinical support to our dental surgeons, ensuring patient comfort and maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and surgical readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Assistance: Chairside assistance during general, restorative, and advanced surgical procedures (implants and oral surgery).

Digital Integration: Supporting digital workflows, including the use of intraoral scanners and preparing cases for our in-house laboratory.

Patient Care: Welcoming patients, explaining post-operative care, and ensuring a seamless experience within the Cayo ecosystem.

Sterilization & Compliance: Managing strict infection control protocols and maintaining surgical instruments to the highest hospital standards.

Administrative Support: Assisting with digital record-keeping and treatment coordination.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Nurse (surgical experience is a significant advantage).

Tech-Savvy: Comfort with digital dental tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Reliability: A disciplined individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment.

Location: Ability to work at our Kandy facility.

කාර්යභාරය සහ වගකීම්

දන්ත ශල්‍ය හෙදියක ලෙස ඔබ දන්ත වෛද්‍යවරුන්ට සායනික සහාය ලබා දිය යුතු අතර, රෝගීන්ගේ පහසුව සහ ඉහළම විෂබීජහරණ ප්‍රමිතීන් පවත්වා ගැනීම සහතික කළ යුතුය.

සායනික සහාය: සාමාන්‍ය දන්ත ප්‍රතිකාර මෙන්ම ඉම්ප්ලාන්ට් (Implants) සහ මුඛ ශල්‍යකර්ම වලදී වෛද්‍යවරයාට සහාය වීම.

ඩිජිටල් තාක්ෂණය: Intraoral scanners භාවිතය සහ අපගේ දන්ත විද්‍යාගාරය (Laboratory) සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් කටයුතු කිරීම.

රෝගී සත්කාරය: රෝගීන් සුහදව පිළිගැනීම සහ ප්‍රතිකාරවලින් පසු අනුගමනය කළ යුතු උපදෙස් පැහැදිලි කර දීම.

විෂබීජහරණය: ශල්‍ය උපකරණ සහ පරිශ්‍රය ඉහළම රෝහල් ප්‍රමිතීන්ට අනුව විෂබීජහරණය කර පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

සුදුසුකම්

දන්ත සහායක හෝ හෙද සේවයේ පළපුරුද්ද (ශල්‍යකර්ම පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්ද අතිරේක සුදුසුකමකි).

නවීන ඩිජිටල් දන්ත උපකරණ හැසිරවීමේ හැකියාව හෝ ඒ පිළිබඳ ඉගෙනීමට ඇති උනන්දුව.

මනා සන්නිවේදන හැකියාව සහ රෝගීන් කෙරෙහි දක්වන කරුණාවන්ත ආකල්පය.

විනයගරුකව සහ වගකීමෙන් යුතුව කටයුතු කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
