## Position Summary
As a Product Content & Catalog Executive, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining all product listings across our eCommerce platform. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products are presented professionally, accurately, and consistently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, research, writing, and working with digital platforms.
## Key Responsibilities
* Create new product listings on our website.
* Write clear, informative, and engaging product descriptions.
* Upload and optimize product images.
* Categorize products correctly and assign relevant tags.
* Update pricing, stock availability, specifications, and product information.
* Research product features and specifications from manufacturers and suppliers.
* Ensure product information is accurate and free from errors.
* Maintain consistent formatting across all product pages.
* Optimize product titles and descriptions for search engines (SEO).
* Monitor for duplicate or outdated product listings.
* Coordinate with suppliers to obtain missing information, images, and specifications.
* Assist with seasonal promotions by updating featured products and collections.
* Report product data issues and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
## Requirements
* Excellent written English.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Comfortable working with computers and web-based systems.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Ability to research products independently.
* Ability to follow standards and processes consistently.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in eCommerce or online retail.
* Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles.
* Experience editing images using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting product content is an advantage.
