Thambili Island HQ is looking for a hardworking Cutting Helper & Office Support staff member. Responsibilities include assisting with fabric cutting, unloading fabric deliveries, organizing materials, and supporting general office and production tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fabric cutting, spreading, and preparation
- Carry, move, and arrange fabric rolls and production supplies
- Arrange packages and bundling the cut panels
- Assist with packing and stock organisation
- Help with general office and production-related tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and order in cutting and work areas
- Run basic errands related to office or production needs
- Follow instructions from supervisors and support team members
Skills & Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift and move fabric rolls
- Willingness to handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of garment or tailoring work is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a garment factory, tailoring shop, or similar role is a plus (not mandatory)
