We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives (CSEs) to handle daily customer interactions across multiple platforms.
Job Role:
đšHandle all incoming customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, and calls.
đšProvide quick and accurate initial responses to customer queries.
đšFilter and assign inquiries to the relevant sales team members for follow-up.
đšEnsure no customer inquiry is missed or delayed.
đšMaintain proper records of inquiries and customer details.
đšFollow up internally to ensure timely response and closure of inquiries.
đšEscalate complex or urgent issues to the Customer Service Manager.
đšMaintain professional and customer-friendly communication at all times.
Requirements:
đšMinimum 1â2 years experience in customer service / call handling / online inquiries.
đšGood communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an added advantage).
đšFamiliar with WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and basic social media handling.
đšAbility to respond quickly and handle multiple inquiries at the same time.
đšBasic knowledge of Excel or record keeping.
đšWillingness to work on a shift basis (Day & Night shifts).
đšPositive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
