【~】✪ Education: GCE A/L or equivalent; Diploma in Customer Service or Marketing is an advantage.
【~】✪ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
【~】✪ Languages: Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
【~】✪ Skills:
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

【~】✪ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls related to offers, promotions, and services.
- Make outbound calls to inform customers about new campaigns, offers, and benefits.
- Provide clear, accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets while ensuring excellent service quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign goals.
