Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Develop long-term, trusted partnerships with customers, serving as a dedicated advisor and mentor.
Support & Training: Provide technical assistance and hands-on training to ensure customers utilize our products effectively. Resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Drive Engagement: Generate enthusiasm for new product features and offerings by keeping customers informed and conducting demos or training sessions.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Track Success: Monitor customer metrics and maintain account overviews to ensure they achieve their desired goals.
Achieve Targets: Meet assigned performance targets and contribute to the company's overall success.
Who We're Looking For
