Customer Service Representative (Male) - Evening Shift
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions effectively.
Team players who are punctual, reliable, and eager to contribute.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Male candidate preferred.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
Handle calls, emails, and walk-in queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ability to work in Evening shift and Night shift.
One day off per week (Monday to Thursday)
Should be able to communicate in English and Sinhala/Tamil
Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
