Customer Service Executive-Female

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive -Female (age between 24 to 40 years) to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and online platforms

• Convert customer leads into sales

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on inquiries

• Support sales growth through effective lead management

Requirements:

• Female candidate, age between 24–40 years

• Pleasant personality with good communication skills in Sinhala

• English communication is not essential

• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales will be an added advantage
