About the Role
Decant Services Pvt Ltd is a growing fragrance brand specializing in perfume decanting, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy authentic international perfumes in smaller, affordable sizes. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other
communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, and company
services.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns politely while ensuring effective solutions
and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer
updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while delivering excellent customer
service.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and achieving company service standards.
REQUIRMENTS
• Successful completion of G.C.E. O/L or an equivalent qualification.
• Female candidates aged between 21 and 27 years.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use communication platforms efficiently.

Saturday 08.30 AM – 01.30 PM
