Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, profitability, and KPI targets
- Oversee service operations (installations, repairs, maintenance)
- Monitor technician performance, SLAs, and service quality
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Manage WIP, inventory, debtors, and reporting
- Lead and develop service centre staff
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Monitor fleet operations and ensure compliance
- Ensure continuous improvement, cost control, safety, and facility management
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma / HND / NDT / NVQ Level 6 or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in service center, operations, or showroom management
- Strong knowledge of customer service, inventory, and operations
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial awareness (budgeting, debtors, cost control)
- Ability to work under pressure
- MS Office and system proficiency
