⭕Customer Care Support – Full Time

♨️We are looking for a friendly, responsible and motivated person to join our team as a Customer Care Support Staff.

✅Requirements

✅G.C.E. O/L Passed

✅G.C.E. A/L completed candidates will be preferred

✅Freshers are welcome to apply – previous work experience is not required

✅Must be available and committed to Full-Time employment

✅Applicants should not be currently employed in another job or engaged in ongoing full-time/regular studies, as this position requires full-time availability and commitment

✅Good communication skills in Tamil are essential

✅Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage

✅Basic knowledge of computer usage and typing is required

✅Ability to communicate with customers politely and professionally

✅Good listening and problem-solving skills

✅Ability to handle customer enquiries patiently and responsibly

✅Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

✅Punctual, responsible and able to work as part of a team

✅Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

📍Location :- Preference Chavakacheri

🔰Candidates residing in Chavakachcheri or within approximately 8 km of the surrounding area are preferred, considering the convenience of regular daily commuting to the workplace.

🔴Main Responsibilities

☑️Answer and assist customer enquiries

☑️Provide appropriate customer support

☑️Record and update customer information using computer systems

☑️Follow up on customer requests and issues when required

☑️Maintain friendly and professional communication with customers
