Customer Care Officer (Showroom)

ORION XO Exclusive: Sri Lanka’s No. 1 K-beauty distributor invites you to join our skincare showroom in Galle Fort. We are seeking a friendly, professional Customer Care Officer to assist walk-in and social media customers with their skincare needs.

Full Time Staff

6 Days per week

What we offer:

- Salary: LKR 65+ at start

- Salary Negotiable Upon Skills

- Guaranteed Increment after 3 months

- After 6 months 80+ Salary

- Supportive work environment

- Training in premium Korean skincare

Requirements:

- Age 22–40

- Good English-speaking & understanding skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Friendly & professional attitude

- Passion for customer service

- Living near Galle or willing to relocate nearby

- School leavers are encouraged to apply

Part Time Staff

5 Days per week

What we offer:

• Salary: LKR 45+ at start

• After Month 65+ Salary

• Salary Negotiable Upon Skills

• Supportive work environment

• Training in premium Korean skincare

Requirements:

• Age 22–40

• Good English-speaking & understanding skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Friendly & professional attitude

• Passion for customer service
