📌 Job Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp
-Send the initial message to customers and understand their requirements
-Guide customers through the ordering process
-Collect and confirm all necessary order details
-Follow up with customers and confirm orders
-Coordinate customer requirements with the design team
-Send customer photos and instructions to designers accurately
-Follow up with designers and make sure designs are completed on time
-Handle customer revisions and communicate them clearly to designers
-Keep track of orders and their current status
-Coordinate daily operations through WhatsApp groups
-Make sure confirmed orders move smoothly to the next stage of production
-Follow up on pending customer responses and incomplete orders
-Handle customer questions and provide a friendly, professional service
-Identify and resolve day-to-day order coordination issues
-Maintain proper organization of customer and order information
👤 What We’re Looking For
-Good communication skills in Sinhala
-Basic English communication ability
-Friendly and professional manner when communicating with customers
-Good WhatsApp handling skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders at once
-Good attention to detail
-Responsible and reliable attitude
-Ability to coordinate effectively with a team
-Basic computer knowledge
-Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, sales, or online -business operations will be an added advantage
