🍦 Crew Member – QSR (Soft Serve Dessert Brand)

Softy Foods (Pvt) Ltd is excited to launch Softy & Co., a modern quick-service dessert brand specializing in soft serve ice cream and delicious soft serve–based treats. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members and help create a fun, memorable experience for our customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve soft serve desserts according to brand standards

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the store

• Assist with ingredient preparation and stock handling

• Support team operations during busy service periods

🔹 Requirements:

• 0–1 years of experience (food service experience is an advantage but not required)

• Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month
