Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an added advantage

Basic computer knowledge and experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems

Good numerical skills with accuracy in cash handling and billing

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil; English is an added advantage

Cashier:

Handle billing and cash transactions

Process customer payments and provide receipts

Maintain cash register and balance at end of shift

Provide excellent customer service

Crew Member:

Assist in daily store operations

Provide customer service and handle inquiries

Maintain store presentation and cleanliness

Support team members as required
