பணிப் பொறுப்புகள்
- சாய் (Chai) மற்றும் ஸ்நாக்ஸ் தயாரித்து வழங்குதல்
- வாடிக்கையாளர்களை வரவேற்று பில்லிங் (Billing) செய்தல்
- அவுட்லெட்டை(Outlet) சுத்தமாகவும் வரவேற்கத்தக்கதாகவும் வைத்திருத்தல்
- வேலையின் போதான பயிற்சி
தகுதிகள்:
- நட்பு மனப்பான்மை
- நல்ல தொடர்பு திறன்
- Full-time வேலை செய்ய முடிதல்
- சம்பளம் ௫50000 + (உணவு உள்ளடங்கலாக)

We are now expanding our team and looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join us as Crew Members / Sales Assistants for our Colombo and suburban outlets.
Position: Crew Member (All-Rounder)
Location: Chaiwala outlets – Colombo branches
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve our signature chai, snacks, and beverages with a smile
- Welcome customers and ensure they enjoy a warm, friendly experience
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
- Handle billing and basic cashier duties
- Support kitchen and service operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Good communication skills in Tamil or Sinhala
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an advantage—but not required!
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or evenings
