La Crème Ceylon Pvt Ltd a well known dessert shop in Colombo is looking to hire dynamic individuals to work at their flagship outlets in the capacity of crew members.
Job role :
- Serving ready to eat items and preparation of basic beverages
- Billing and inventory maintenance
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene factors of outlets
- Handling customer inquiries, orders and provide a friendly and efficient service to its customers
- Handling orders received through delivery partners such as ubereats and pickme
- On time notification and ordering of stocks including miscellaneous items
- Use of POS systems and responsibility in cashiering, day beginning and day operations and daily report submissions
- Opening and closing outlet operations on time
Skills:
- Preferably worked in a restaurant environment. However individuals willing to learn and develop as a fresh start are also welcome
- Average fluency in English language both written and oral communications
- Basic Computer literacy to operate a system
- Ability and willingness to work in different shifts as mentioned by the management
- Discipline in punctuality, communication and work ethics based on the guidelines set by the management
- All inclusive basic remuneration of Rs 45,000 plus meal allowance of Rs, 10,000 and salary incentives on sales targets achieved.
