Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver friendly and professional service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
Store Maintenance: Maintain proper stock levels, organised displays, and overall store cleanliness.
Transactions: Accurately handle billing and transactions using POS systems.
Sales Support: Support sales by promoting offers and assisting in achieving store targets.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure store safety, minimise stock loss, and report any concerns.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team for smooth daily operations.
Professionalism: Perform all duties with punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Age: Between 18 – 30 years.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
Skills: Barista experience is a significant added advantage.
Communication: Good communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil (basic English is an added advantage).
Attributes: Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the store location.
