💼 Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone and email for account follow-ups and correspondence

- Negotiate repayment plans, track payments, and handle follow-ups as needed

- Resolve client discrepancies and assist with collection issues

- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts efficiently

- Support branch operations and meet department goals

🎯 Candidate Profile:

- Age: 21–28 years

- Education: G.C.E O/L & A/L qualified

- Skills: 💻 Good computer literacy and email proficiency

- Competencies: ✅ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, team player

- Interpersonal: 😊 Positive attitude with excellent communication skills

- Availability: 🗓️ Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays

- Experience: 📞 Contact center or industrial experience is a plus

💼 ප්‍රධාන වගකීම්:

- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සමඟ දුරකථනයෙන් සහ විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලෙන් (Email) සම්බන්ධ වී ගිණුම් පිළිබඳ පසු විපරම් කිරීම.

- ණය ආපසු ගෙවීමේ සැලසුම් සාකච්ඡා කිරීම, ගෙවීම් නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම සහ අවශ්‍ය පරිදි පසු විපරම් කිරීම.

- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ ගැටලු නිරාකරණය කිරීම සහ එකතු කිරීමේ (Collections) කටයුතු වලදී සහාය වීම.

- තමාට පවරන ලද ගිණුම් කාර්යක්ෂමව නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම සහ පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

- ශාඛා මෙහෙයුම් සඳහා සහාය වීම සහ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු ඉලක්ක සපුරා ගැනීම.

🎯 අයදුම්කරු සතු විය යුතු සුදුසුකම්:

- වයස: අවුරුදු 21–28 අතර.

- අධ්‍යාපනය: අ.පො.ස. (සා.පෙළ) සහ (උ.පෙළ) සමත්.

- තාක්ෂණික දැනුම: 💻 පරිගණක සාක්ෂරතාවය සහ විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල හැසිරවීමේ හැකියාව.

- හැකියාවන්: ✅ ශක්තිමත් සංවිධානාත්මක කුසලතා, අවධානයෙන් වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව සහ කණ්ඩායම් හැඟීම.

- සුහදශීලී ආකල්ප සහ විශිෂ්ට සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා.

- සති අන්ත සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දිනවල වැඩ කිරීමට හැකි වීම.

- ඇමතුම් මධ්‍යස්ථාන (Contact Center) හෝ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අත්දැකීම් අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.
