Proven experience in a similar credit control capacity

Fluent in English and Sinhala (written & verbal)

IT literate with proficiency in MS Office and Email communication

Effective time management and organizational skills

Age: Above 35 years

Male candidates preferred

Result-oriented and dynamic individual

Payment Tracking: Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and reconcile accounts receivable

Collections: Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to recover outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans

Invoice Management: Proactively follow up on client invoices in accordance with company terms to ensure timely payment

Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of new and existing customers to establish appropriate credit limits

Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or client queries preventing payment

Reporting: Prepare regular aging reports for management
