Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our brand, design marketing materials, and create visually stunning content for our digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative marketing materials for social media, website, email campaigns, and print using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Create engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.

Develop branding elements, brochures, flyers, banners, and property promotional materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design graphics aligned with business goals.

Assist in designing visuals for digital ads, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Optimize graphics for web and social media performance.

Stay updated with design trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance visual impact.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Design or related field is a plus)

1+ year experience as a Graphic Designer in digital or print media

Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools

Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus

Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
