CAGS Academy is looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Post Creator to join our Marketing & Digital Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves content creation, brand building, and working intensively on social media platforms.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and upload high-quality social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

• Work with timelines and Meta platform guidelines to ensure consistent posting.

• Develop creative and strategic content to build and grow the brand.

• Manage daily posting schedules, engagement (comments, replies), and reporting.

• Analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategies to improve reach and conversions.

• Use tools like Canva and other editing software for creative design.

• Make basic presentations and assist with marketing ideas.

• Take responsibility, make decisions, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

📚 Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and page management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Creative thinker with the ability to work long hours and deliver results.

• Knowledge of Meta guidelines and social media best practices.

• Strong design skills using Canva or similar editing software.

• Video/reel creation experience is a strong advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and open to new opportunities.
