## Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and visually driven Creative Account Manager to lead the digital presence and community growth of our premium ice cream brands. This isn’t a desk job for writing boring formal reports; it’s a high-impact, fast-moving role for someone who understands how to bridge creative content directly with digital sales.
You will collaborate directly with the founder to humanize our brands, run daily social funnels, and manage influencer networks to ultimately drive commercial growth through our digital storefronts (like Uber Eats) and physical retail footprints.
## Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Brand Humanization & Social Execution
* Daily Storytelling: Own the daily narrative for both Momo and Carmello. Create real-time, authentic, and highly aesthetic content (behind-the-scenes in the kitchen, packaging new drops, and supermarket runs).
* Speed Over Perfection: Capitalize on trending audio and rapid content opportunities, moving from an idea to a finished Reel/TikTok efficiently.
* Bi-Weekly Syncs: Sit down directly with leadership twice a week to discuss progress, real-time sales impact, and upcoming campaigns—skipping corporate red tape and slide decks.
2. Guerilla Community Management
* Active Brand Voice: Manage direct engagement across platforms. You don't just reply to incoming comments; you actively engage on local influencer feeds, trend pages, and parallel local brands to keep Momo and Carmello top-of-mind.
* Inbox Conversion: Turn casual DM inquiries and story interactions into immediate sales by seamlessly handling customer queries and deploying strategic promos.
3. Influencer & Campaign Management
* End-to-End Coordination: Source, contract, and manage local nano- and micro-influencers for product collaborations (including barter/Bata deals and performance-based commission setups).
* Creative Guardrails: Provide influencers with clear brand guidelines and lookbooks while managing their script approval workflows to ensure authentic product presentation (like showcasing true flavor textures).
4. Commercial Digital Funnels (Uber Eats & Retail)
* Storefront Alignment: Ensure all social and marketing campaigns act as a direct conversion funnel straight to our active delivery hubs (e.g., our Havelock collaboration) and retail counters.
* Basic Dashboard Oversight: Monitor our digital storefront presence to align promotions, featured items, and menus with live creative campaigns.
* Event Coverage: Coordinate logistics and live social media capturing for local pop-ups, events, and modern trade retail activations.
### What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
* Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, creative content creation, or digital account management in the FMCG, retail, or creative agency sectors.
* Commercial Mindset: An understanding that creative content isn't just an art project—it is a tool meant to drive community engagement and real sales volume.
* Communication: Energetic, outgoing, and capable of handling physical activations and face-to-face creator relations confidently.
