Delivery Rider - Colombo

We are currently building our delivery rider team in Colombo.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages within designated areas.

• Complete deliveries safely and on time.

• Update delivery status using a mobile application.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

• Adhere to company delivery procedures and service standards.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Sri Lankan motorcycle and car driving license.

• Own motorcycle or car preferred.

• Familiar with roads in Colombo and surrounding areas.

• Able to use Google Maps and smartphone applications.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctual, and customer-centric.

• Prior courier or delivery experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Piece-rate system

Newcomers: 50,000 – 80,000 LKR/month

Experienced riders: 80,000 – 140,000 LKR/month

High-intensity (multiple orders + high-density areas): May be higher

• Delivery bonuses and performance bonuses.

Colombo and surrounding areas.
