3 to 5 years of proven cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or guest house

Proficiency in Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese, and Western dishes

Good work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a boutique hospitality setting

Strong commitment to food safety and personal cleanliness

Good communication skills and team spirit

Prepare and cook high-quality Sri Lankan and popular Western dishes for hotel guests according to order requirements

Plan daily menus, food presentation, and manage standard portion control

Manage kitchen prep work, including chopping, seasoning, and stock organization

Inspect food inventory, monitor fresh ingredient usage, and minimize wastage
