We are seeking a professional, confident, and results-driven Consulting Officer to join our team and support clients with accurate information and guidance on Sri Lanka–based investment programs.

【~】Key Responsibilities

✪ Engage with clients professionally via calls and meetings

✪ Explain Sri Lanka–based investment opportunities clearly and accurately

✪ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✪ Follow up on leads and schedule consultations

✪ Maintain accurate client records and updates in the CRM system

✪ Work towards assigned performance targets

【~】Requirements

✪ Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil

✪ Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style

✪ Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

✪ 2–3 years experience in consulting, sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred)

✪ Basic computer and CRM knowledge

✪ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized individual
