🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues
Install and configure operating systems, software, and drivers
Troubleshoot network (LAN/Wi-Fi) connectivity problems
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of computer systems
Provide technical support to customers and ensure quick solutions
Install and manage peripherals such as printers, routers, and CCTV systems
Maintain records of repairs, services, and customer requests
📋 Requirements:
Experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, IP setup)
Ability to identify and fix technical issues efficiently
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⭐ Preferred:
Previous experience as a Computer Technician
IT-related certification or diploma
Knowledge of security systems (CCTV) is an added advantage
