Recruitment Notice – Community Manager Social Media (Full-Time Position)
Fabric Gallery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about social media engagement and content creation within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and promptly responding to messages across all our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others.
* Interacting with our online community and customers in a courteous and professional manner to foster positive relationships.
* Producing short video clips within the store to support content uploads.
* Assisting with daily content scheduling and updating platforms regularly.
* Providing support for video coverage related to new collections, bridal launches, and store highlights.
Candidate Requirements:
* Basic technical knowledge at an introductory level is sufficient.
* A strong willingness to learn new skills, communicate effectively, and create straightforward video content.
* Previous experience in social media management or customer communication will be advantageous.
*To be able to community in English and Sinhala

ෆැබ්රික් ගැලරි ආයතනයේ සමාජ මාධ්ය කටයුතු සහ පාරිභෝගික සබඳතා කළමනාකරණය සඳහා පූර්ණ කාලීන පදනම මත අපගේ කණ්ඩායමට සම්බන්ධ වීමට උද්යෝගිමත් පුද්ගලයෙකු අප සොයන්නෙමු. සිල්ලර වෙළඳ ක්ෂේත්රය තුළ සමාජ මාධ්ය හැසිරවීමට සහ නිර්මාණශීලී වීඩියෝ දර්ශන නිර්මාණය කිරීමට කැමති අයෙකුට මෙය කදිම අවස්ථාවකි.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්:
* Instagram, Facebook, TikTok සහ WhatsApp ඇතුළු සියලුම සමාජ මාධ්ය ජාල ඔස්සේ ලැබෙන පණිවිඩ වලට කඩිනමින් සහ සුහදශීලීව ප්රතිචාර දැක්වීම.
* පාරිභෝගිකයන් සමඟ වෘත්තීය මට්ටමින් සන්නිවේදනය කරමින් යහපත් සබඳතාවක් පවත්වා ගැනීම.
* ආයතනය තුළ කෙටි වීඩියෝ දර්ශන (Short video clips) නිර්මාණය කර සමාජ මාධ්ය වෙත යොමු කිරීම.
* නව රෙදිපිළි එකතු (New collections), මනාලියන්ගේ ඇඳුම් (Bridal launches) සහ ප්රදර්ශනාගාරයේ විශේෂ අවස්ථා වීඩියෝ මගින් ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීමට සහාය වීම.
*අයදුම්කරුවන් සඳහා වන අවශ්යතා:
* තාක්ෂණික දැනුම පිළිබඳ මූලික අවබෝධයක් තිබීම ප්රමාණවත් වේ.
* නව දේ ඉගෙන ගැනීමට ඇති උනන්දුව සහ කාර්යක්ෂම සන්නිවේදනය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
* සරල වීඩියෝ දර්ශන නිර්මාණය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
*දිනපතා අන්තර්ගතයන් (content) කාලසටහන්ගත කිරීමට සහ පද්ධතීන් නිතිපතා යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමට සහාය වීම.
* සමාජ මාධ්ය කළමනාකරණය හෝ පාරිභෝගික සබඳතා
සම්බන්ධයෙන් පෙර පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම අමතර වාසියකි.
*ඉංග්රීසි සහ සිංහල භාෂාවෙන් සන්නිවේදනය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
