Tilapiya at Colombo 07 (Race Course) is looking for an experienced Commis I to join our kitchen team and support high-quality food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to standards

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Follow kitchen policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Commis I or similar role

• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

• Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail

• Immediate joiners preferred

• ආහාරයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය, රුචිය සහ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම පවත්වා ගැනීම

• සනීපාරක්ෂාව, පිරිසිදුභාවය සහ ආහාර ආරක්ෂාව පවත්වා ගැනීම

• මුළුතැන්ගෙය නීති හා ක්‍රියා පටිපාටි අනුගමනය කිරීම

සුදුසුකම්

• Commis I ලෙස වසර 2–3ක පළපුරුද්ද

• මුළුතැන්ගෙය කටයුතු සහ ආහාර හැසිරවීම පිළිබඳ මනා දැනුම

• පීඩනය යටතේ සහ ශිෆ්ට් මත සේවය කිරීමට හැකි වීම

• කණ්ඩායමක් සමඟ වැඩ කිරීමට හැකි වීම

• වහාම සේවයට එක්විය හැකි වීම
