【~】✪ Professional culinary qualification or executive experience in culinary arts.

【~】✪ Minimum 3 years experience in the same capacity in a star class hotel.

【~】✪ Proven expertise in menu planning, recipe development, food cost control, and kitchen operations management.

【~】✪ Expertise in Western, Italian, Indian & Asian cuisine preparation.

【~】✪ Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards is essential.

【~】✪ Candidates residing closer to Monaragala, Badulla, Ella, Wellawaya, Haputale & Bandarawela area will be most preferable.
