* Assist in preparation of menu items for breakfast, lunch menu items, and desserts
* Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
* Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
* Ensure proper food hygiene and safety standards are followed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

👨🍳 Position Levels:
🔹 Commis I
* Minimum 2–3 years experience
* Able to handle a section with minimal supervision
* Good knowledge of hot kitchen operations
🔹 Commis II
* 1–2 years experience
* Basic cooking and kitchen skills
* Able to assist in multiple sections
🔹 Commis III
* Entry level / trainees welcome
* Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
* Basic kitchen knowledge is an advantage
