Job Description:

1. Planting and Land Preparation: Land preparation, digging holes, planting coconut saplings.

2. Weeding and Protective Measures: Removing weeds and carrying out protective measures to maintain soil moisture

3. Fertilization: Applying organic and chemical fertilizers at the right time

4. Irrigation Management: Water the plants regularly and ensure proper moisture.

5. Pest and Disease Control: Identify and treat pests/diseases using organic or chemical methods
