Cluster Operations Supervisor in Wattala

Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in a floral supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Amalka Flora branches within the assigned cluster.

• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance, standards, staff discipline, and customer service quality.

• Supervise order processing, floral production coordination, and timely dispatch to ensure zero delays and minimal errors.

• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs across all branches.

• Monitor daily sales performance and work with branch teams to achieve revenue targets.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming standards, and productivity levels.

• Monitor stock levels, wastage, and flower handling standards to reduce losses.

• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth supply chain flow.
