The Client Relationship Assistant supports the Client Relationship Manager in maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role involves coordinating client communications, assisting with account management tasks, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality service to key clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and communications between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
