Expertise in Chinese cuisine preparation and cooking techniques

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes

Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Manage kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen staff

Plan menus and develop new recipes

Monitor inventory and control food costs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Full-time permanent position

Location: Colombo 07

Working Hours: 09 Hours Working Shift with Roster

Off Days: 06 off days per month
