Key Responsibilities
* Supervise hotel maintenance and technical staff
* Manage electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance
* Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
* Ensure equipment and facilities operate efficiently
* Coordinate repairs and contractor services
* Maintain safety standards and compliance requirements
* Manage maintenance records and inventory
Requirements
* Experience in maintenance management or a similar role
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a team
* Technical qualifications will be an added advantage
