Job Vacancy – Chicken Cutter / Butcher (Male & Female)

Location: Thalawathugoda | New Flagship Store

We are a prestigious and fast-growing company in the poultry retail industry, opening our new flagship Chelsey Fresh Mart in Thalawathugoda. We are looking for skilled and hardworking Chicken Cutters (Butchers) to join our professional team.

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary from Rs. 65,000

• With experience, allowances & performance bonuses, total earnings can reach up to Rs. 90,000 per month

• Job will be made permanent after 3 months, based on performance

Working Days:

• All days except Poya Day

Requirements:

• Male & Female candidates accepted

• Experience in chicken cutting, portioning, and handling fresh meat

• Good hygiene practices and attention to cleanliness

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to grow with a long-term career mindset
