Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management is an advantage
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities

Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and help reduce food wastage
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Assist in menu planning and development when required
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage
