🔹 MAIN DUTIES
📦 Delivery & Operations
* Ensure timely delivery of all cement orders
* Plan and monitor daily delivery operations
* Coordinate with warehouse, transport, sales, and accounts
📈 Sales Management
* Set and achieve monthly sales targets
* Monitor sales and market performance
* Develop new customers and business opportunities
👥 DSR / Sales Team Management
* Monitor DSR performance and daily activities
* Motivate and guide the sales team
* Review individual and area-wise performance
👨💼 HR & Staff Management
* Manage staff attendance, discipline and performance
* Allocate duties and manage daily staff requirements
* Handle staff-related issues
📊 Overall Management
* Monitor stock and distribution efficiency
* Control operational costs and minimize losses
* Resolve customer and operational issues
* Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
✅ Experience in Cement / Hardware / Construction Material Distribution preferred
✅ Sales & Team Management experience
✅ Strong leadership and decision-making skills
✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
✅ Computer & reporting skills
✅ Valid driving licence preferred
