๐ Responsibilities:
๏ Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
๏ Identify, record, and report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches.
๏ Prepare daily surveillance reports and maintain accurate records.
๏ Coordinate with operations and management teams regarding security concerns.
๏ Review recorded footage when required for investigations and reporting.
๏ Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning and report any technical issues promptly.
๐ Requirements:
๏ Previous experience in CCTV surveillance, monitoring, or security operations at least 2 years
๏ Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
๏ Ability to work weekends and public holidays if required.
๏ Good communication skills and professional conduct.
๏ Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant chains, or commercial environments.
๏ Knowledge of CCTV software and monitoring systems
