Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Scan and process customer purchases accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.

• Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions where applicable.

• Assist with bagging purchases and providing carry-out assistance when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not essential.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
